I've gotta stop talking to my ex's as if i'm a guru {Don't get me wrong this isnt a blog about boyfriends or relationships. Its about mental health, spirituality, well being and finding balance. Although i'm sure i'll deviate. And yes I am currently reading Eat Pray Love, so sew me.}
Every break up must feel like a talk down from some stuck up hippy thinking they're a higher being. I must sound so god damn arrogant and self important.
could you imagine breaking up with someone and them saying shit like "It's all part of your path and journey" "Find the bigger picture in this moment of darkness" I would want to hurt them. Bad. But that doesn't make it less true right people? The fact is we need to know that ourselves and we're not gunna listen to who ever says it after any break up.
SO DRILL THIS IN NOW If it's happened it's meant to be, it wont be easy but now is a time of change and growth so that we can better ourselves and hopefully learn something about life or ourselves and others. This shit is gunna be shit ya know? but it's also going to be worth it and you'll end up somewhere better. It's all just a learning curve. You have to trust in the bigger picture. You will always still exist, but you choose in which state, make it one of recovery, growth, expansion and knowledge.
