Self worth is not defined by your work,

Your look,

Your accomplishments,

Or Who loves you.

Your self worth is only ever defined by you.

You name the price and you decide the bottom line.

Now although that sounds pretty and makes a nice slogan, I can still hear how simple, strange and some what impossible that sounds when said aloud.

But that's the big secret, the ultimate life hack and the longest short cut (ain't much short or quick about it, but might as well learn sooner rather than later).

No one else can tell you what your worth, not accurately. They just give you their perception. And in all honesty, most people, most of the time have a bullshit version of that. Whether you're trying to attract someone, impress them, or are completely oblivious they never see your full worth as your are more than that one moment, or indeed many moments. And more than the version of yourself you try to come across as.

So. Essentially it comes down to good old fashioned not giving a shit or letting other people persuade you into thinking negatively about yourself.

Simple things we've all heard before, but think about any occasion where someone has made you feel bad or ashamed about yourself or your choice. Any situation; and I guarantee you they didn't see the whole picture, or know exactly where you where coming from. So their perspective was some what bullshit. As is their judgement. So why absorb it and accept it. Its complete illogical.

Now we of course can be douchebag assholes ourselves, that goes without saying. But every douchebag asshole (that's all of us) also feels shame and judgement, most likely more so, however deep we bury it. The key is to realise, if others can't truly define us, we too cannot define others. That goes for summing them up and judging too as we have a skewed perspective, just as they do of us.

So when we feel judged harshly or unfairly in a fight we must accept that it is extremely hard to see it from our point of view, even when explained. Annnnd there will also be a number of other personal things clouding and affecting the judgement of you and the general situation.

had to split into two, simply too much knowledge.
